Associate Litigation Defense Attorney

Our client, a top-tier law firm, seeks a Litigation Associate with 2–6 years of experience (only) to join its Atlanta office . The position offers the opportunity to work on a broad range of litigation matters, including construction, banking, mortgage lending, and creditors’ rights. The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to manage cases independently with some oversight, and a client-focused approach. This is an excellent opportunity to grow within a nationally recognized litigation practice. Qualifications 2–6 years of litigation experience. Strong legal writing, research, and advocacy skills. Experience managing case work and client communications. Licensed to practice in Georgia or eligible for admission by waiver. Fully onsite position.
