Schedule

Shift: 05:00 AM - 02:30 PM. The unit is open from 05:00 AM to 09:00 PM with a call requirement; travelers are expected to work every other weekend and holidays in rotation with hospital employees.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Outpatient Services team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Pre-Op, Phase 2 recovery, Infusion, or Preadmission Testing. As part of our team, you will work collaboratively in a busy environment, providing excellent patient care while assisting anesthesia with blocks.

Responsibilities

• Assist anesthesia with blocks.
• Provide preoperative and postoperative care to patients.
• Monitor patient recovery in Phase 2 and Infusion settings.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
• Utilize EMR MEDITECH for documentation and patient management.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active RN license in the state of Florida.
• Experience in Pre-Op, Phase 2 recovery, Infusion, or Preadmission Testing is required.
• Knowledge of EMR MEDITECH is highly preferred.
