Project Coordinator (Hybrid – Albany, NY)Position Overview

Project Coordinator OR Office Manager with Project Management experience - We are looking for someone to provide support to a team that is responsible for quality assurance, program operations, reporting, and continuous process improvement. This individual will serve as a central point of coordination between internal teams, customers, and external partners while supporting multiple initiatives through data management, reporting, and administrative project support.

This is a full-time, hybrid contract position lasting for 2 years . Candidates must be located in or near the Albany, NY region and able to commute to the office 1-2 times per week. *You must be a US citizen or legally able to work in the US. W2 position ONLY.

Pay Rate: $25/hr, negotiable, looking to hire asap!

Key Responsibilities

• Perform data entry, quality assurance, and ongoing maintenance across multiple databases and business systems.
  An understanding of energy or CLEAN energy is preferred

• Process and track contracts and related documentation within the organization's contract management system.

• Analyze data and prepare reports to support business operations and decision-making.

• Serve as a primary point of communication with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to obtain project documentation and provide updates.

• Coordinate project activities by scheduling meetings, documenting notes, and supporting project managers with competitive procurement processes and other initiatives. You must be able to communicate calmly under pressure.

• Collect, maintain, and report key performance metrics.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives and business process enhancements.

• Assist project managers and team leads with administrative and operational tasks as needed.

• Perform additional duties consistent with the responsibilities of a Project Coordinator.

Required Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities.

• Experience with data entry, reporting, and data analysis.

• Experience interacting professionally with customers, vendors, and cross-functional teams.

• Ability to maintain professionalism and composure while managing competing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting project managers in administrative or operational capacities.

• Familiarity with business process improvement initiatives.

• Experience working with contract management systems.

• Experience supporting competitive procurement or request-for-proposal (RFP) processes.

Technical Skills

Experience with one or more of the following systems is preferred:

• Salesforce

• SharePoint

• Contract management systems

• CRM and reporting platforms

• Database management and reporting tools
