Senior D365 Program Manager / Advisor

Salary: $114,400 - 135,200 per year Requirements:
- We bring 10+ years of program or senior project management experience leading complex enterprise technology initiatives.
- We have delivered Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) or Tier 1 ERP implementations such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, or PeopleSoft.
- We have strong experience in enterprise PMO practices, governance, executive reporting, and stakeholder management.
- We are proficient with Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps (ADO), Microsoft Teams, and Agile delivery methods.
- PMP certification is strongly preferred.
- SAFe Agile experience is considered a strong asset.
- We have prior experience supporting large enterprise transformation programs.
- French/English bilingualism is an asset.
- We have 9 years of experience with D365 or ERP platforms.
- We have 8 years of experience as a Program Manager or Senior PM.
- We are able to work onsite in Ottawa 3 to 5 days per week.
- We currently hold an active Government of Canada Secret Security Clearance.
- We partner with the Program Director to help deliver a large-scale D365 transformation successfully.
- We provide program governance, executive-level reporting, and strategic oversight across multiple workstreams.
- We oversee integrated planning, dependency coordination, risk management, and issue resolution.
- We facilitate program ceremonies such as PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, Program Retrospectives, and governance meetings.
- We create executive dashboards, status updates, RAID logs, and program metrics.
- We support Organizational Change Management (OCM) activities.
- We equip Project Managers with the tools, processes, and governance needed to deliver their workstreams effectively.
- We coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external implementation partners.

We are supporting a major Federal Government digital transformation program centered on Microsoft Dynamics 365. This is a hybrid opportunity based in Ottawa, with 3 to 5 days onsite depending on project needs. The role is an initial contract through March 2027 with potential for extension, and the expected workload is approximately 37.5 hours per week. We are offering a rate of $55.00 to $65.00 per hour, with a noted budget of $60 to $70 plus HST.
