Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Job Description

Job Summary:

Provides compassionate emergency nursing care in a fast-paced emergency department setting. Collaborates with healthcare team members to deliver high-quality patient care and stabilize critically ill patients.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions upon arrival and prioritize care based on acuity.
• Administer medications, treatments, and emergency interventions per protocol.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changing clinical situations.
• Document patient information meticulously in the EMR system.
• Educate patients and families regarding diagnosis, treatment plans, and aftercare.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and modify care plans.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license required.
• Minimum of 2 years of emergency room nursing experience.
• TNCC, ENPC, and CPI certifications required.
• Demonstrates strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
