Leading the Security Advisory & Compliance practice, the full-time salaried Security Advisory & Compliance Manager will manage a team of associates and consultants, ensuring high-quality service delivery, operational execution, and alignment with client expectations while fostering career development and strategic program growth. Key responsibilities: Directly manage and mentor Security Advisory & Compliance team members, setting performance expectations and supporting career development Oversee the delivery of Security Advisory & Compliance services, ensuring compliance with quality standards and acting as an escalation point for complex client issues Define and evolve the service catalog and delivery models, identifying opportunities for improvement and supporting sales efforts through solution design Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, cybersecurity, or a related field or equivalent education/experience 5+ years of experience in GRC, cybersecurity, risk management, audit, or advisory roles 3+ years of experience leading or managing teams in a consulting, security, or compliance environment Mastery of risk management and cybersecurity frameworks with a deep understanding of regulatory and compliance drivers Proficiency in GRC platforms, Microsoft 365, and security tooling outputs
