Role Overview

As an In-Center Hybrid BCBA serving the West Jordan

clinic

, you will: Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans Deliver high-quality ABA in-center (primary) with supplemental remote work Supervise and mentor RBTs, ABATs, BCATs, and Behavior Technicians Collaborate with families, center teams, and multidisciplinary partners Collect and analyze data to drive meaningful outcomes Participate in team meetings and ongoing clinical development Schedule Structure: 3 days in-center

(West Jordan clinic) 2 days remote

(Telehealth, planning, supervision, documentation, family support)

Requirements Qualifications

BCBA certification (required) Utah LBA certification (required) Experience with autism or developmental disabilities preferred Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Spanish fluency is a plus! Benefits Compensation & Benefits

Competitive Salary:

$80,000 – $90,000 (commensurate with experience) Performance Bonuses:
