Mobile Patrol Security

Surveillance Security Officer GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Surveillance Security Guard to monitor security systems, detect threats, and maintain safety in environments such as security operations centers, call centers, and parking gatehouses. Benefits Site Location: Aurora, IL Schedule: Three full‑time shifts available • Shift 1: Saturday and Sunday, 6 a.m. to 2 p.m.; Monday through Wednesday, 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. • Shift 2: Monday through Friday, 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. • Shift 3: Wednesday through Sunday, 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. Competitive hourly wage of $19.50 per hour (DailyPay available for GardaWorld employees) Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with employer matching, paid time off, paid holidays, disability coverage, and life insurance options Career growth opportunities within GardaWorld Uniform provided at no cost Responsibilities Monitor security systems to detect suspicious activity Document observed events and incidents with detailed reports Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety of the premises Control access to secure areas and verify visitor identities Analyze security systems to identify potential vulnerabilities or malfunctions Collaborate with law enforcement during serious situations or emergencies Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property Qualifications Valid Illinois PERC certification Valid driver’s license Minimum age 21 years Authorized to work in the U.S. High School Diploma or GED Successful completion of an extensive screening process Strong report‑writing skills Excellent visual activity and concentration skills Strong proficiency with technology Experience in security, military, or law enforcement is a plus State security license, if required Employment Conditions Employment is contingent on successful completion of a background check and drug screening after an offer of employment is extended.
