Professional(Other) - Contract Manager

Job Description: This position sits in N. Kingstown, RI and will be onsite full time.

Job Duties
Must hold valid driver's license and will work daily out of the PLS warehouse in N. Kingstown, RI
Oversight of warehousing, logistics, meter testing, and investment recovery processes in RI
Experienced contract manager in warehousing and logistics distributor
Reviewing and approving invoices for operational expenses
Approving cycle counting deviations
Point of contact and liaison between the RI business community and warehousing/inventory management organization
Facilitate the timely planning of deliveries within the supply chain
Monitor inventory orders to analyze supply and demand projections
Identify process inefficiencies and provide solutions to enhance processes

Job Requirements
Must be knowledgeable and experienced with contract terms and conditions
Must have experience holding contractors accountable to contract
Experience with warehousing, logistics, construction and regulated utilities
College Degree preferred. Candidates will vast experience in lieu of degree will be considered
Must have strong organizational skills
Must be computer savvy as they will need to learn PPL's supply chain system, INFOR
