Pride Team Inc. is currently hiring dependable and safety-focused CDL-A OTR Drivers to join our growing team. We are looking for professional drivers who take pride in their work, prioritize safety, and are seeking a long-term opportunity with a company that values its drivers and supports their success.
As a member of the Pride Team Inc. fleet, you will transport freight on regional and nationwide routes while maintaining compliance with DOT regulations, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring on-time deliveries. Drivers are assigned newer equipment and have the support they need to stay productive and successful on the road.
Pay & Compensation
- Starting pay of $0.50 CPM
- Higher CPM available based on experience
- Competitive earnings
- Pay is negotiable for qualified drivers
Freight & Routes
- OTR opportunities available
- Dry Van and Reefer freight
- Regional and nationwide lanes
- Most freight is no-touch
- Consistent freight opportunities
Equipment
- Assigned newer semi-trucks
- Assigned reefer trailers
- Well-maintained equipment for reliability and comfort
Home Time
