Who you are:
15+ years of experience in IT leadership, business systems, or enterprise applications within a manufacturing environment.
Proven ownership of ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, D365, Infor, Epicor, IFS, or similar), including implementation, stabilization, or major optimization initiatives.
Strong background partnering with Finance on reporting, analytics, data governance, and business intelligence programs.
Experience leading executive stakeholders and driving technology strategy across multi-site operations.
Work authorization: Sponsorship is available for this role.
What you’ll do:
Lead ERP governance, optimization, and enhancement initiatives while improving cross-functional processes across Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and HR.
Build reporting, analytics, and data governance capabilities to improve financial visibility, operational decision-making, and executive reporting.
Oversee IT operations, infrastructure, cybersecurity, vendor management, and end-user support across global locations.
Develop and execute the technology roadmap, including future ERP, AI, business intelligence, and cybersecurity initiatives while building and mentoring the IT team.

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and education.
The expected range for this role is $200,000-$240,000 per year . Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
