Regional Trauma Sales Associate - Central/Mid Atlantic Regions

Responsibilities
- Attend surgeries to ensure Stryker trauma products availability and provide surgeon training on product use
- Develop product expertise and serve as trauma consultant to surgeons and healthcare professionals
- Manage inventory meticulously and coordinate with sales teams on customer service and relationship development
- Implement sales and marketing strategies to competitively position trauma products against competitors
- Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, ethics standards, and applicable laws
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or 4+ years clinical healthcare or sales experience
- 1-2 years demonstrated sales or medical industry success, trauma/orthopedic preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and database systems
- Strong organizational and relationship-building capabilities
- Ability to travel 80-90% and maintain on-call availability including nights/weekends/holidays
Compensation: $70,000-$90,000 base salary plus bonuses and benefits
