K-3 Learning Coach: Energize & Mentor Young Learners

Crossover is hiring a Learning Coach for California campuses to guide K-3 cohorts through AI-assisted reading and life-skills coaching. You will run one-hour workshops, coach students daily, and help them hit weekly targets while fostering motivation and resilience.
