We are currently recruiting experienced ADT Dumper Drivers / Articulated Dump Truck Operators in Somerset for ongoing work on a busy waste management landfill site. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable plant operators looking for stable, full-time work with consistent early starts and long-term opportunities. Job description As an ADT Dumper Driver / Plant Operator, you will be responsible for operating an Articulated Dump Truck (ADT) safely and efficiently across a large landfill and waste management site. This is a hands‑on role ideal for candidates with previous experience operating heavy plant machinery within landfill, quarry, recycling, waste management, or construction environments. Key responsibilities include: Operating an Articulated Dump Truck (ADT) safely on-site Moving and transporting waste and site materials Supporting daily landfill and waste management operations Carrying out daily plant checks and defect reporting Following all health & safety and environmental regulations Working alongside site supervisors and plant teams Maintaining a safe and efficient working environment Pay & Benefits Competitive hourly rate (DOE) Minimum £18.00 per hour. Weekly pay Ongoing, full-time work Stable workload within a busy landfill operation Immediate starts available Opportunity for long‑term employment Shift Pattern Monday to Friday 06:00 start time Full-time hours with overtime opportunities available Requirements Valid CPCS or NPORS ADT / Dumper Ticket Previous experience operating an Articulated Dump Truck Experience working on landfill, waste management, quarry, or construction sites preferred Strong understanding of health & safety procedures Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude Ability to work effectively within a site operations team Location: Somerset – ideal for candidates based in Bridgwater, Taunton, Weston‑super‑Mare, Yeovil, and surrounding areas. #J-18808-Ljbffr Blackpointrecruitment
