Plaintiff-Side Wage and Hour Class Action Attorney | Chicago Metro | Hybrid | Up to $250,000 Base Salary
\n \nA confidential plaintiff-side litigation practice is seeking an attorney with 4 to 10 years of experience to support wage and hour class and collective actions.
\nThis role is built for a litigator who enjoys fast-moving case work, strong written and oral advocacy, and taking meaningful ownership of matters while collaborating closely with experienced trial lawyers.
\n \nLocation, Schedule and Compensation:
\nLocation: Chicago metropolitan area, Illinois
\nSchedule: Hybrid, in office 4 days per week
\nCompensation: Up to $250,000 base salary, dependent on experience

\n \n⚖️ The Role:
\nDraft and respond to pleadings, motions, and briefs
\nManage discovery, including written discovery, document review strategy, and discovery motions
\nTake and defend depositions and prepare witnesses
\nSupport class and collective action litigation strategy, including certification-related work
\nParticipate in mediations, settlement negotiations, and court appearances
\nPrepare cases for hearing and trial, including evidentiary and pretrial submissions
\nCommunicate with clients and coordinate case tasks to keep matters on track
\n \n✅ Requirements:
\n4 to 10 years of plaintiff-side class action litigation experience, including wage and hour matters
\nActive Illinois Bar admission in good standing
\nJuris Doctor from an accredited law school
\nStrong academic performance and demonstrated legal research, writing, and advocacy skills
\nAbility to work in the Chicago area on a hybrid basis with in-office attendance 4 days per week
\nDemonstrated commitment and consistent professional progression
