My experience with Hometown Plumbing could not have been any better. The staff (both the scheduler and the plumber) were extremely professional, helpful, and polite. My appointment was scheduled in a timely manner. I received a reminder call about 30 minutes before he arrived. The final cost was better than I expected. The work was done perfectly. The job site was cleaned up better than it was when he started. Thanks for doing a great job! Plumbers Arrived on time, donned booties and assessed all my plumbing needs. Provided written estimates with various options. Answered all my questions. Worked efficiently and explained to me what they were doing. They were friendly, professional, and left my house clean. I would definitely use this company again, and recommend it to others. The guys did an excellent job, and worked quite late on the second day, to get everything done. They came out that afternoon and brought two different water heaters for me to look at. William explained both of them very well. They were very clean, nice, punctual, cleaned up after themselves, and gave me a great price on both the water heater and labor. I would recommend them to all of my friends and neighbors.
