We are seeking a motivated and professional Entry-Level Client Relations Associate to represent client brands through in-person marketing campaigns. Our team creates customized marketing initiatives for leading nonprofit organizations and growing brands, helping increase awareness, customer engagement, and community impact.

As a Client Relations Associate , you will serve as a key point of contact between clients and customers by delivering exceptional service, building relationships, and creating memorable brand experiences. This role provides hands-on experience in client relations, field marketing, customer engagement, sales, and brand promotion .

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional face-to-face customer service and educate customers on client products and services.
• Represent client brands at marketing campaigns, community events, and promotional initiatives.
• Create positive customer experiences that increase brand awareness and customer loyalty.
• Support field marketing campaigns designed to drive customer engagement and client growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, clients, and internal teams.
• Assist with the execution of marketing initiatives while supporting campaign goals.

Qualifications

• Customer service, retail, hospitality, restaurant, sales, field marketing, or promotional experience is preferred but not required.
