Job Skills / Requirements An established and reputable cleaning company is seeking dependable, detail-oriented individuals to join our team. Part-time cleaning positions are available immediately, along with an opening for a Cleaning Supervisor to assist and lead the daily operations of a School facility in the Kendall area. Position Overview The Cleaning Supervisor oversees daily cleaning operations to ensure all assigned areas are maintained to high standards of cleanliness, safety, and efficiency. This role includes supervising cleaning staff, coordinating schedules, inspecting work quality, and ensuring compliance with company policies and client expectations. Key Responsibilities Supervise, train, and support cleaning staff in daily tasks Assign duties and create work schedules Monitor attendance, performance, and adherence to procedures Provide coaching and corrective action when needed Quality Control Conduct regular inspections of facilities, rooms, and equipment Ensure cleaning standards and safety protocols are consistently met Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly Maintain documentation of inspections and corrective actions Operations & Coordination Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment Submit supply requests and ensure proper storage and usage Coordinate with management and other departments for special projects Ensure equipment is maintained and report repairs as needed Health & Safety Enforce compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations Train staff on safe chemical handling and equipment use Report incidents, hazards, or accidents immediately Qualifications Previous experience in cleaning, housekeeping, or janitorial services Supervisory or team-lead experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures Applicants must be eligible to work in United States Pass a Level 2 Background Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift moderate weights for extended periods Comfortable working in various environments (office, industrial, residential, etc.) Fast-paced environment requiring attention to detail and adaptability Additional Information / Benefits This job reports to the Job Supervisor This is a Full-Time position 3rd Shift , Monday to Friday 2PM-10:30PM . #J-18808-Ljbffr AK Building Services Inc
