Depending on the client's needs, you may: Help with bathing, dressing, toileting and personal care Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping Provide companionship and socialization Help with walking, transfers and mobility Provide medication reminders Assist with errands and transportation Who We’re Looking For You don't need previous healthcare or caregiving experience—we'll train the right person. You do need to: Be dependable and compassionate Be able to safely perform the physical duties of caregiving Read, write, understand and speak English Have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation and auto insurance Experience as a caregiver, CNA, home health aide, personal care assistant (PCA), direct support professional (DSP) or in senior care is helpful but not required .
