Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the menu specifications and recipes.
- Ensure all food preparation meets standard quality and safety guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in the kitchen area.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to plan and develop new menu items.
- Manage and properly store food supplies and ingredients.
- Monitor food stock and place orders as necessary.
- Maintain knowledge of all kitchen and cooking equipment for efficient operation.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Cook or similar role in a restaurant or catering environment.
- Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
- Ability to follow all sanitation procedures.
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Culinary school diploma or degree in culinary arts is an advantage.
- Familiarity with modern cooking techniques and cuisines.
