Summary The Fleet & Real Estate Operations Lead manages two enterprise-scale portfolios; fleet and commercial real estate locations, splitting time evenly (50/50) based on organizational needs. Working with a high degree of self-direction and reporting to the VP of Procurement, this role serves as the primary liaison between regional divisions and two strategic external partners, Holman (fleet) and Cresa (real estate), aligning project timelines, budgets, and objectives. Essential Functions Fleet Operations Manage day-to-day operations for a fleet of approximately 500 vehicles, including acquisition, maintenance scheduling, compliance, and lifecycle management, in partnership with Holman Track and report on key fleet metrics, including utilization, cost per mile, and maintenance costs Real Estate Operations Oversee commercial real estate activities across approximately 200 locations, including lease administration, site selection, renewals, and facility-related projects, coordinating with Cresa Support lease negotiations, renewals, and space planning initiatives in collaboration with Cresa and regional stakeholders Track and report on key real estate metrics, including occupancy, lease costs, and project status Cross-Functional & Strategic Serve as the primary liaison between regional divisions and external partners (Holman, Cresa) to align on project timelines, budgets, and objectives Identify cost-saving opportunities and operational efficiencies across both fleet and real estate portfolios Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and safety standards across fleet and facility operations Collaborate cross-functionally with the VP of Procurement, Finance, and regional leadership to support business objectives Education & Experience Required Bachelor's degree 5+ years of commercial real estate management experience Experience working with third-party service providers/vendors Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills Ability to work effectively in a remote environment across a distributed, multi-region portfolio Recommended Fleet management experience Skills & Competencies Fleet lifecycle management and vehicle compliance (OSHA/DOT familiarity a plus) Financial and cost analysis (cost per mile, occupancy costs, lease economics) Regulatory and safety compliance interpretation Ability to work independently with minimal day-to-day oversight Negotiation and influence without direct authority Cross-functional stakeholder management Strategic problem-solving and prioritization Written and verbal communication with executive-level audiences Pay range: $90-$105K plus benefits If you like working with a growing close knit team and helping home owners design the home of their dreams, come build your career with us!
