What You'll Do

• Provide inpatient care in a high-level Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (Level III NICU)
• Attend deliveries, neonatal resuscitations, and perform PICC line, umbilical line placements
• Assist with neonatal procedures such as chest tube placement and needle aspirations
• Supervise and collaborate with attending physicians to ensure quality patient care
• Manage approximately 10-12 neonatal patients daily
• Document patient care accurately within Epic EMR
• Support the care team in a Level I Trauma and Level III NICU setting

What You Need

• Valid state license (no new license candidates accepted)
• Board certification (ANCC, AANP, NCCPA, or equivalent)
• Neonatal experience (not suitable for new grads)
• NRP certification
• Ability to work under supervision; APP will not work autonomously
• Experience with neonatal resuscitation and invasive procedures highly preferred
