Academic Counselor

Providing comprehensive academic support, the full-time Academic Counselor II will manage student advising, course scheduling, and interventions for at-risk students in a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities Deliver individualized proactive advising to assigned students throughout their academic journey Facilitate course scheduling and monitor student progress to ensure timely graduation Collaborate with faculty and support services to develop success plans for students facing academic challenges Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field required; Master's preferred 3-5 years of experience in academic advising or counseling Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Student Information Systems Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships in a virtual setting Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
