Shop Service Technician - Heavy Equipment

Shop Service TechnicianHolt CAT in Irving, Texas is looking for an experienced heavy construction equipment Shop Service Technician for our day shift position. This position is responsible for performing inspections, diagnoses, and repairs of diesel-powered heavy construction equipment and/or related equipment or components, following established procedures and guidelines. Works independently or as a member of a team to provide mechanical services that satisfies customer needs and achieves departmental goals. Mid-level position – Generally has more than seven years of experience and/or demonstrated job relevant knowledge/skills. A Level IV Technician has a broad knowledge of the field's standard and technical concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of standard, complex, and technical tasks; is self-starting and requires minimal supervision; is often a team member on a large project.
