Job Title: Recruiter I Location: Remote Duration: 4+ months contract (possible extension) Pay: $32.00 - 39.00/hr on W2 Job Description:
- Assist with recruitment cycle for early careers programs by handling requisition activity such as sourcing, screening and interviewing scheduling
- Contribute to campus recruiting activities including career fairs, information sessions, and university partner outreach
- Prepare program materials such as handbooks, offer letters, and communications
- Ensure compliance with organizational HR policies and applicable labor regulations.
