The Jeff Longino Agency is seeking a Sales Agent who is ready to grow with a local agency and build a lasting career in insurance.

This is an active, goal-oriented role. You'll be responsible for connecting with prospective customers, understanding their needs, presenting insurance options, and following opportunities through to the sale. We're looking for someone who understands that great sales results come from consistent conversations, strong follow-up, and excellent customer experiences.

We'll provide the insurance training and licensing support. You bring the motivation.

What You'll Be Responsible For:

Your primary focus will be generating and closing new business. You'll proactively follow up with leads, schedule appointments, prepare quotes, explain coverage options, and recommend solutions based on each customer's individual needs.

You'll also maintain relationships with current clients, look for opportunities to improve or expand their coverage, and assist with basic service needs when necessary.

This role requires someone who can balance sales, customer relationships, organization, and consistent follow-up while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.

• Comfortable making calls, following up with prospects, and asking for the sale
• Ability to handle objections and rejection professionally
• Organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Coachable and willing to learn new sales techniques and insurance products
• Able to manage multiple leads and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Previous sales or customer-facing experience preferred
• Must currently hold or be willing to obtain a Texas General Lines Property & Casualty (P&C) License
• Must currently hold or be willing to obtain a Texas Life, Accident & Health (L&H) License
