Inside Sales Representative

Position Overview We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support a growing printed circuit board (PCB) sales and service operation. This position plays an important role in supporting customers throughout the sales and order process, including preparing quotations, processing orders, coordinating with factory teams, and providing timely updates on delivery and technical requirements. This role is well suited for someone who is organized, customer-focused, and interested in developing their knowledge of PCB manufacturing and sales. Key Responsibilities Prepare and issue quotations in response to customer inquiries. Process purchase orders and coordinate order requirements with factory teams. Serve as a point of contact for customers and provide timely updates regarding order status, delivery schedules, and technical requirements. Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email in a professional and timely manner. Maintain accurate sales records, customer information, pricing data, and order‑related documentation. Coordinate with logistics and shipping teams to support timely deliveries. Monitor sales activity, customer demand, and inventory needs. Maintain and update customer EDI portals as needed. Work with internal teams to resolve customer questions and order‑related issues. Provide general sales and administrative support as needed. Qualifications Required Experience in sales support, customer service, logistics, order management, or a related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on customer requests. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Preferred Experience in electronics, manufacturing, or a related industry. Experience with EDI, ERP, CRM, or similar business systems. Experience supporting quotations, purchase orders, or order fulfillment. Additional language skills, including Japanese or Spanish, may be helpful when communicating with certain customers or business partners but are not required.
