Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) – Skilled Nursing FacilityOconto Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking an experienced Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) to lead operations at our skilled nursing facility in Oconto, WI.This is a high-impact leadership role for a driven administrator who wants to run a strong building, support a dedicated team, and deliver excellent resident care while being rewarded for performance.What You’ll Do:Lead the overall operations of the skilled nursing facility, including clinical, financial, and regulatory performanceDrive census growth and maintain strong occupancy through collaboration with admissions and marketing teamsEnsure compliance with all federal and state regulationsBuild, lead, and develop department heads and facility staffOversee budgets, expenses, and financial performanceCreate a positive, accountable, and team-focused culturePartner with regional leadership to execute company initiatives and achieve facility goalsWhat We’re Looking For:Active Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license in Wisconsin (required)Prior experience as an Administrator in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferredStrong leadership, operational, and financial management skillsProven ability to improve census, quality measures, and overall facility performanceAbility to lead teams in a fast-paced, results-driven environmentIf you are an Administrator who wants autonomy, strong support, and the ability to directly impact both patient care and financial performance, we want to connect.Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE)INDMGMT
