Supply Chain Planning and Distribution Manager

Agropur, a premier dairy cooperative based in Appleton, WI, seeks a Planning and Distribution Manager to lead end-to-end supply chain activities within our Supply Chain, Logistics & Procurement department. In this role, you will own demand, production, and distribution planning to ensure safe, fresh dairy products reach customers on time and at optimal cost. You will coordinate closely with manufacturing, quality, procurement, and logistics teams, leveraging ERP/MRP tools and data analysis to balance capacity, inventory, and service. You will monitor KPIs, drive continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with stringent food safety and quality standards. This position leads and develops a planning and distribution team while contributing to S&OP and long-term capacity planning in a collaborative culture focused on excellence and innovation.
