Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations within a fast-paced manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for leading a team of technicians, ensuring equipment reliability, and minimizing downtime across production lines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians
• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
• Ensure minimal downtime and continuous plant operations
• Maintain compliance with safety and operational standards
• Coordinate with production teams to support manufacturing goals
• Manage maintenance schedules, logs, and reporting

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in manufacturing or industrial maintenance
• Prior supervisory or team lead experience required
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and PLC systems
• Experience in preventive maintenance planning
• Ability to work in a fast-paced plant environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in high-volume manufacturing environments
• Familiarity with CMMS systems
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
