Our client is currently seeking a qualified Field Service Technician to join their team onsite in Tulsa, OK and Okmulgee, OK and provide end-user support.Duties and ResponsibilitiesProvide hardware break-fix services following established processes and procedures, including hot swaps, imaging, and replacement of Field Replaceable Units (FRUs).Deliver onsite deskside hardware and software support for end users.Update and maintain asset management records and systems of record, as applicable.Perform IMACD activities, including installations, moves, adds, changes, and deletions.Conduct hardware refresh initiatives by replacing aging equipment with new devices based on end-user profiles.Support Lenovo and Dell laptops and desktop systems.Support standard client images, including Microsoft Office, SAP, and legacy applications within a Citrix virtualized environment.Provide support for handheld scanners, Android tablets, Symbol handheld terminals (HHTs), and related mobile devices.Troubleshoot and support printers, including Lexmark, Ricoh, and other end-user printing devices.Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, printer, and connectivity-related issues.Escalate unresolved issues in accordance with established support procedures.Skills and Qualifications3-5+ years of IT support, desktop support, or field service experience.Experience working with incident management tools and ticketing systems.Hands-on experience supporting Windows 10 and Windows 11 environments.Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to assess the technical impact of business requests and decisions.Technical knowledge of business applications, desktop hardware, software, printers, and basic networking concepts.Experience supporting end users in a fast-paced enterprise environment.Ability to learn and support new applications and technologies quickly.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.Wage RangeThe hourly rate for this position is between $15.7-20.50 per hour, unless local minimum wage is higher.
