What You'll Do Provide friendly, attentive service from the first greeting to the final thank you Guide guests through our menu and recommend scratch-made favorites, craft beers, cocktails, and more Accurately take food and beverage orders Deliver food and drinks efficiently while ensuring an exceptional guest experience Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining room Work closely with your teammates to create memorable dining experiences What We're Looking For A positive attitude and outgoing personality A passion for hospitality and outstanding guest service Strong communication and multitasking skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced restaurant Previous serving experience is a plus, but we'll happily train the right person Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays Someone who enjoys making every guest feel welcome Why Northern Tap House?
