Senior Electrical Engineer (Direct Hire) - Advanced Systems & Integration We are hiring a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead the design, development, and integration of complex electrical systems across cutting‑edge programs. This is a direct hire opportunity for a hands‑on technical leader who thrives in fast‑paced, evolving environments. Key Responsibilities Provide technical leadership across multiple engineering programs and product lifecycles Design, build, integrate, test, and troubleshoot advanced electrical systems Lead architecture development, system integration, and production transition activities Drive root cause analysis and solve complex system‑level challenges Establish engineering processes and execution frameworks in dynamic environments Collaborate with customers, leadership, and cross‑functional teams Mentor engineers and support technical development initiatives Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field 7+ years of electrical engineering experience with leadership responsibilities Proven experience developing and integrating complex systems Strong problem‑solving, organizational, and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Experience with system integration and software interaction preferred Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Department of Defense security clearance (active clearance preferred) Compensation Target salary range: $110,000‑$225,000 (flexible based on experience) Benefits Benefits vary by client and are confirmed at the time of offer.
