Menno Haven is seeking a Community Nurse to join our team! The Community Nurse will be responsible for supporting independent living residents with clinical needs while serving as a key clinical resource to residents.

Qualifications:

• Current PA nursing license LPN in good standing, required
• Current CPR certification, required
• Valid driver's license with clean motor vehicle record, required
• Prior experience in a healthcare setting or senior living, highly desirable
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and electronic health record (EHR) systems, required
• Ability to promote and maintain a positive attitude, required
• Must be a self-starter, able to work on a team and alone, required

Shift:

• Full-time, Non-exempt
• Monday - Friday, 7am-330pm
• On-call rotation, required
