This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team designing digital products that leverage our Digital Design Direction and Systems. As a Senior Designer / Designer, Digital Product Design, you will support teams in creating experiences that connect clients to the world of Aritzia and bring meaning to Everyday Luxury digitally. You will collaborate with a variety of cross-functional partners, including Digital Product Management, Technology, Analytics, Marketing, and Merchandising to deliver customer and company value. Requirements Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in contributing to design teams, processes, and tools within creative or digital environments. A portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual design, interaction design, and systems thinking. Experience leading projects from concept through execution, including ideation, exploration, prototyping, testing, and delivery. Proficiency in Figma and contemporary design workflows, including design systems and component-based design. Experience designing within complex digital ecosystems while maintaining consistency, scalability, and brand integrity. The ability to translate business objectives, customer needs, and data-driven insights into compelling digital experiences. A deep curiosity for technology, fashion, culture, art, design, and emerging consumer behaviors. Strong presentation, storytelling, and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and align cross-functional teams. Experience partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Brand, Content, Marketing, and Analytics teams. The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution and craft excellence. An understanding of Aritzia’s brand vision and style fundamentals with a focus on trends and cultural influences. Responsibilities Support the development of forward-thinking, innovative Digital Design approaches. Contribute to upholding Everyday Luxury through design across all digital touchpoints. Design digital products that blend functionality, usability, and aesthetics. Support the enablement of design at scale, contributing to visual consistency across our digital ecosystem. Collaborate with cross-functional partners to support day-to-day design execution in alignment with business objectives and team priorities.
