Anchored Renovations is looking for an experienced residential construction professional to work directly alongside the owner. This is not an entry-level position. We're looking for someone who already understands residential remodeling and takes pride in quality workmanship. This is a active in the field position. Not management or supervising. We need someone who can perform the work required for the project. 

This position has strong growth potential for the right person, including the opportunity to eventually run jobs and manage projects.

 

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

• Minimum 2+ years of residential construction/remodeling experience
• Must be able to safely maneuver a work trailer
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
• Able to pass a criminal background check (we work inside occupied homes)
• Dependable, professional, and punctual
• Comfortable interacting with homeowners
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Must have common knowledge of residential construction practices and job site safety

 

Preferred Experience

Experience in one or more of the following:

• Trim work
• Drywall
• Painting
• Flooring
• Cabinet installation
• Framing
• Tile
• Finish carpentry
• General remodeling

 

Schedule

• 30–40 hours per week
• Monday–Friday (occasional overtime when needed)

We believe in producing quality work, not burning people out. There will be busy weeks, but we also understand that consistently working 50–60+ hours isn't sustainable. We value dependable employees who show up, work hard during the day, and go home to enjoy their families.

Pay

• Starting at $18.00/hour
• Higher pay based on experience, skill level, and ability to work independently
