Maintenance Technician

Holiday Inn Portland Airport is seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team. This hands-on role is responsible for maintaining the hotel's facilities, equipment, and overall functionality to ensure a safe and comfortable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, preventive maintenance, Keeping the pool balanced.
• Inspect equipment and identify repair or replacement needs.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Coordinate with outside contractors for specialized work.
• Maintain accurate records using CMMS systems.
• Assist with general maintenance including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain a clean work environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous maintenance experience required.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, motors, and basic PLCs.
• Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
