Caregiver – Non-Medical In-Home Care | Nala Care Location: Omaha, Nebraska & Surrounding Areas Schedule: Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities Pay: Competitive hourly pay based on experience and availability Nala Care is hiring dependable, compassionate caregivers to join our growing team! Our caregivers provide non-medical in-home care that helps seniors and individuals with disabilities remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes. Responsibilities Assist clients with activities of daily living Bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal care Meal preparation and light housekeeping Mobility and transfer assistance Companionship and supervision Medication reminders Transportation and errands when assigned Follow individual client care plans Maintain professional and respectful communication with clients, families, and Nala Care staff Accurately document services provided Communicate scheduling and client-related information through AxisCare Requirements Must be dependable and able to report to scheduled shifts on time Must successfully complete all required background screenings Must provide or complete required First Aid, CPR, and Abuse & Neglect training before being placed on the schedule Reliable transportation is strongly preferred Valid driver's license and automobile insurance required for positions involving client transportation Ability to safely assist clients with personal care and mobility needs Professional, respectful, and compassionate attitude Previous caregiving experience is preferred but not required for all positions Why Work forNala Care?
