This position partners closely with senior leadership, program management, technical experts, and functional teams to identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions that enhance cost, schedule, and efficiency. The Industrial Engineer II will contribute to studies focused on cost control, cost reduction, lead-time reduction, and production system enhancements. This role also provides direct support on the shop floor, including capacity planning, variation analysis, productivity improvement, and manufacturing cell design.This position is onsite in Des Moines, Iowa.
