Our telehealth platform allows for seamless interaction with clients, and you will be supported by an advanced administrative team that handles scheduling and client inquiries, allowing you to focus entirely on patient care. Working from Boston, Massachusetts, you will connect with clients across various demographics through virtual sessions, bringing mental health care directly to them regardless of geographical barriers.

  • \n
  • Uphold the highest ethical standards in all interactions, in line with licensing boards and professional organizations.
  • \n
Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will center around a diverse clientele, including adults and adolescents seeking support for a range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. You will have the unique opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of individuals who may not have easy access to traditional in-person therapy, particularly those in the Boston area and beyond who prefer telehealth services.

Qualifications\n
    \n
  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.
  • \n
  • Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW) is mandatory.

  • Capable of both independent work and effective collaboration with a team of professionals.
  • \n
  • Knowledge of mental health laws and ethical guidelines applicable to practice.
  • \n
  • A commitment to lifelong learning and professional growth.
  • \n
Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of three years of relevant experience in clinical mental health counseling is required, candidates with experience in telehealth or crisis intervention services are highly valued. Familiarity with online therapeutic practices or platforms can set applicants apart.
