Occupational Therapist

Adelphi is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide services at a facility in Beaumont, Virginia. The ideal candidate will provide direct patient care under established treatment plans, including therapeutic interventions, functional assessments, and ongoing monitoring of patient progress. Perform patient evaluations and develop appropriate treatment plans under established guidelines. Provide direct patient care and therapeutic interventions to improve functional abilities. Implement therapeutic exercises and activities to address patient-specific needs. Monitor and document patient progress and response to treatment. Maintain accurate documentation for all patients receiving occupational therapy services. Complete evaluations, progress notes, reports, and other required documentation. Attend and participate in interdisciplinary team meetings. Complete all assigned tasks within established facility timelines. Comply with all state requirements and facility policies and procedures.
