Customer Service Representative

Position Summary The Customer Service Representative is the primary internal customer facing representative of the NTM service team. Perform various customer service activities including answering incoming calls and web requests for parts and service, direct calls to service technicians, open service cases, prepare quotes, sales orders, and duties as needed. Perform various customer service activities including answering incoming calls and web requests for parts and service, direct calls to service technicians, open service cases, prepare quotes, sales orders, and duties as needed. Job Duties All NTM stakeholder, employees, and customers, are safe Answering calls and working with customers to direct them to the correct department. Communicate directly with customers via phone and email. Support the service and sales team. Clerical work including recording order information, digitalizing paperwork, and filing. Uses NTM Business System, CRM, and Cases to prepare manage customer relations ships and customer service issues Other duties as assigned Education A high school diploma or GED preferred, technical school or military experience a plus. Experience & Skills Proven ability to work directly with customer to solve their problems and to be paid for the work Must be a team player able to effectively work at all levels of an organization Must be highly reliable, trustworthy, honest, and commitment oriented Experience with CRM and case management systems preferred Requires solid written and verbal communication skills Overall PC literacy (Microsoft Office) is required Must be detail oriented, self-motivated, and disciplined with the ability to handle multiple tasks Must successfully complete a criminal background check, physical, drug screen and E-verify Summary NTM Core Values Hungry – want to win!
