Express Employment is seeking dependable and motivated Production Associates to join our manufacturing team. We offer both flexible day labor assignments for 1st and 2nd shift and full-time 2nd shift opportunities. This facility is not climate controlled and remains cold throughout the year.

Job Responsibilities

• Work on a production line manufacturing food product.
• Package, inspect, and prepare products for shipment.
• Follow food safety, quality, and production standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Operate production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assist with general production duties as assigned.
• Follow all company policies and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Must follow food safety and sanitation requirements

• Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• Evening Shift: 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM
