Nurse Manager, Specialty Unit Leadership & Quality

Baptist Health

A healthcare provider in Minnesota is seeking an RN supervisor who will oversee nursing units and manage employees, quality, patient satisfaction, and finances. The ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN), with a Master's preferred, and have at least two years of managerial experience. Competencies in healthcare CPR and ACLS are required. This position is authorized for 80 hours bi-weekly, providing a structured environment focused on strategic goals. #J-18808-Ljbffr
