Project Superintendent

Construction SuperintendentOur client, an established commercial construction company, is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee projects throughout the Philadelphia area. Most projects are located in Center City, with additional work generally within an hour of Philadelphia.Key Responsibilities:Manage daily field operations and subcontractorsMaintain project schedules and coordinate tradesEnsure work meets plans, specifications, and quality standardsEnforce job site safety requirements and maintain OSHA complianceCoordinate inspections, material deliveries, and site logisticsCommunicate with project management, clients, architects, and subcontractorsAddress field issues and RFIs throughout constructionMonitor project progress, documentation, and punch list itemsAssist with project closeout and turnoverRequirements:5 to 10 years of commercial construction experiencePrevious experience managing projects in the fieldStrong knowledge of construction scheduling, safety, and quality controlOSHA 30 certification or ability to obtain itStrong communication and subcontractor management skillsAbility to independently manage an active commercial jobsite from construction through closeout
