This individual will be responsible for spearheading the growth of a high-profile Mission Critical and Data Center practice while managing complex design and construction projects across advanced technology sectors. The ideal candidate combines strong business development capabilities with hands‑on project delivery expertise and serves as a trusted advisor to owners, developers, and executive stakeholders. This role will lead strategic client relationships, oversee major capital projects, support team growth and recruitment, and act as the subject matter expert for mission‑critical infrastructure, AI facilities, and advanced technology developments. Day‑to‑Day: Drive business development efforts and secure new client opportunities Lead and grow the firm's Mission Critical and Data Center practice Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients and executive stakeholders Manage complex commercial real estate and construction projects Oversee project delivery teams from inception through completion Coordinate owners, contractors, consultants, vendors, and design teams Lead initiatives within AI, IoT, Mission Critical, and Advanced Technology sectors Support hiring, team development, and market expansion efforts Ensure successful project execution, budget performance, and client satisfaction Act as the firm's subject matter expert for Data Center and Advanced Technology projects Collaborate with internal service lines and leadership teams to deliver integrated solutions #J-18808-Ljbffr American Society of Interior Designers
