Software Engineer We are seeking a

Software Engineer

The Role: Build, Improve, and Influence This role sits within a cross-functional scrum team responsible for building and evolving business-critical systems. You’ll spend your time designing, building, and improving software, while also helping the team improve how that software gets built. What You’ll Do: · Design and build APIs, internal platforms, and business applications · Contribute to design decisions, architecture discussions, and coding standards · Work closely with engineers, QA, and product partners to deliver meaningful outcomes · Improve existing systems by addressing technical debt, reliability issues, and team friction points Tech & Environment Most teams operate in a Microsoft-centric stack, with some variation: · Backend: C#, ASP.NET Core, REST APIs · Frontend: Angular and React (team dependent) · Data: SQL Server, relational databases · Cloud: Azure and cloud-hosted services · Practices: CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, code reviews · Tools: GitHub Copilot, Git, Azure DevOps You don’t need to know everything listed, but you should be comfortable working in modern application environments and picking up new technologies when needed. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of job‑related factors, including skills, experience, and geographic location. The compensation range for this position, representing the pay span across all locations where this role may be filled is 78,100 - 88,950
