ROLE OVERVIEW

Join a globally recognized SaaS powerhouse as a Senior Sales Recruiter, driving high-velocity hiring for a dynamic Go-To-Market organization. In this year-long engagement, you will own the end-to-end talent acquisition strategy for critical sales roles across the Technology, Media, and Consumer Business sectors. This hybrid role is based in a premier downtown Atlanta office , 6 month contract with potential to extend , requiring three days on-site per week to collaborate directly with leadership and the broader talent delivery team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Lead the full-cycle recruitment of quota-carrying Account Executives and sales leaders who will drive revenue for a global market leader.
  • Act as a strategic talent advisor to Sales and Strategy partners, translating complex business needs into actionable hiring plans and structured talent pipelines.
  • Navigate high-volume req loads with precision, ensuring every candidate experiences a seamless and elite hiring process from initial contact to offer.
  • Collaborate with specialized Talent Attraction and Sourcing partners to identify and engage top-tier passive talent from direct competitors.
  • Orchestrate the offer negotiation and closing process, leveraging your deep understanding of SaaS compensation models and market trends.
  • Facilitate interview calibration sessions with hiring managers to ensure alignment on candidate quality and cultural fit.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • At least 4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, specifically within fast-paced tech or SaaS sales environments.
  • A proven track record of identifying and closing high-caliber Account Executives, SDRs, and sales leadership.
  • The agility to thrive in "grey areas" and adapt your strategy as business priorities shift in real-time.
  • Exceptional sourcing skills, with the ability to go beyond standard search strings to uncover untapped talent pools.
  • Strong communication skills that allow you to influence senior executives and build immediate rapport with passive candidates.
  • Proficiency with enterprise-level ATS tools and a data-driven approach to pipeline management.

COMPENSATION
