Organizational Development Manager

The Town of Marana is seeking an Organizational Development Manager to work in the Human Resources Department. This is a full-time position and an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for developing and facilitating learning and development programs to maintain a high performing culture. Salary Range Expected hiring range: $70,538.94 - $88,173.38. Placement within this range is dependent on direct experience, internal equity, and/or budget. Alternate total salary range: $70,538.94 - $105,807.83. Responsibilities Collaborate with departments and employees to develop strategies that manage and maintain high performance and cultural values‑based behavior. Identify training and development needs, resources, and strategies to address skill gaps and areas of growth for the organization. Identify and develop partnerships with learning and development facilitators; prepare requests for proposals to select facilitators and vendors for learning and development programs. Monitor and measure the effectiveness of learning and development efforts, providing continuous improvement recommendations. Prepare and present reports and statistical data related to learning and development programs. Manage and coordinate the Learning Management System to maintain records for learning and development programs. Qualifications Bachelor's degree. Five or more years of experience in a related field. Completion of the Town of Marana background check. Equivalency: an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience that provides the desired knowledge, skills, and abilities may be considered. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in public administration, education, organizational development, human resources, business, or a related field. Five or more years of management experience. Five or more years managing a Learning Management System (LMS). Five or more years of experience in adult learning and development. Benefits The Town offers a competitive benefits package.
