ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Jordan Hedges - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries promptly, accurately, and in a friendly manner, including questions about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Establish and maintain customer relationships, including timely follow-ups as needed.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Full Time Availability, Mon - Fri: 8:30am - 5pm. 
• Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening) and strong interpersonal abilities.
• People-oriented with a dedication to customer service and the ability to effectively relate to customers.
• Self-motivated, proactive in problem-solving, and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
• Must hold or be able to obtain Property and Casualty (4-40) prior to start date
• Life/Health License preferred but not immediately required.
